The Show
In the second half of the 20th century, music saw the greatest change in its history.
Before, and we are referring in particular to the 20s and 30s, there was “cultured” music, classical music, and then there was the “song”, suitable for the people, which suddenly started to be broadcast on the radio.
In the following decades, the advent of television broke the mechanisms of division between “music for the people” and “cultured music”. With television, music reached all social classes, and so came the time when musicians of profound culture and preparation tried their hand at music suitable “for the people”, introducing innovations that would have evolved genres such as Jazz, and led to the birth of what would later be Pop and Rock.
This show will be a journey through the strangest and most original innovations of those years, the most daring experiments.
It tells not only musical history, but also media shifts, cultural movements, and the longing for a better future.

The location
What happens when you relocate a hundred years of music history to a space station? When Beethoven, funk, and frequency frenzies vibrate through rusted steel walls? When light, sound, and movement meet in zero gravity?
The Sound of Music is an immersive show about the evolution of music – from sacred austerity to algorithmic groove.
It takes place in an abandoned space station, now glowing with pulsating light, vibrating corridors, and shimmering neon fields.
